Kavita is an HR specialist with 30 years of leadership experience in global firms like Aon Hewitt, Ernst & Young, Grant Thornton, and Trilegal. She excels in talent management, retention, and strategic transformation across Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and Africa.
An advocate for diversity and inclusion, Kavita has promoted gender equity and advanced the UN Women Empowerment Principles. As Vice-Chair of AMCHAM’s HR Committee (2018-2019), she contributed to India’s Maternity Act reforms.
She holds a Postgraduate degree in Science and a Diploma in Industrial Relations and received the Asia HRD Congress Award in 2018.
